— -- Jim Valvano's 1993 ESPYS speech is as powerful and inspirational today as it was 21 years ago.
"Don't give up, don't ever give up," was Valvano's message as he asked for help in raising money for cancer research.
Valvano will be remembered at tonight's ESPYS awards, as Stuart Scott receives the 2014 Jimmy V Perseverance Award.
