Correction to Sept. 10 Report on '20/20'

Sept. 12, 2008— -- The Sept. 10 broadcast of "20/20" included a segment on the issue of diplomatic immunity. During a discussion in the report about ex-Philippine Ambassador to the United Nations Lauro Baja, who is being sued by a former domestic worker, videotape of a different Phillippine official, incorrectly identified as Ambassador Baja, was shown.

The tape was acquired from United Nations TV, which had incorrectly identified the official as Ambassador Baja in its records. ABC News regrets the error. A correct image of Ambassador Baja accompanies this note.
