The Office of the Director of National Intelligence is prepared to give President-elect Donald Trump intelligence briefings as part of his transition back to the White House.
"ODNI is acting consistent with the tradition, in place since 1952, of providing intelligence briefing to the President-elect," DNI said in a statement to ABC News.
Sources tell ABC News that Trump has yet to receive an intelligence briefing as president-elect. It's not clear whether he will even agree or want to receive them, though some members of his transition team have suggested he should.

After Trump's defeat of Harris, many have pointed fingers at Biden -- expressing frustration about his decision to seek reelection until this summer.
After Biden left the race, Harris and the president only did one campaign stop together on Labor Day.
