Remember when Beyonce revealed this pixie cut on Aug 7th and the world stopped turning?

Well it's been less than two weeks and the singer's hair is back... well, sort of.

Beyonce traded in her long curls for a Victoria Beckham-front-angled-cut. It's beautiful and all, but the real question is: can she do her famous hair flip? What's Beyonce without her hair flip? Think about it.

A Beyonce performance without a hair flip is like a sun with no moon, like mac with no cheese, like... like freaking Beyonce without a hair flip.

I mean, come on. Picture this move without the hair. As a matter of fact, picture this move with MORE hair. Ugh, heaven.

Maybe she didn't go full-weave because she didn't want a repeat of what happened in Montreal when her hair got stuck in a fan. Maybe this is why she's wearing a hat. Extra protection from stage fans.

It's almost like you can hear Bey wishing her hair were long enough to touch the surface behind her.

It just falls like this naturally, what of it?

This wouldn't look half as sexy with a pixie cut. C'mon.

In conclusion, the weave looks good... but it's just not Beyonce enough.
