IHOP: Participating locations are offering a short stack of pancakes for $1 until 7 p.m. today if you wear green.
Pottery Barn: Get 17 percent off your entire online order with code LUCKY today.
Six Flags: The theme park is hosting a St. Patrick's Day sale that offers up to 53 percent off certain season passes today.
Sonic Drive-In: All shakes are half off today.
Some businesses are also offering promotions to celebrate the first day of spring:
Rita's: Rita's has been offering a free Italian ice to celebrate the seasonal change for more than 20 years. Get a free Italian ice at locations this Sunday.
7-Eleven: The convenience store chain is introducing "Bring Your Own Cup Day" to celebrate its 50th anniversary at participating locations. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, bring any cup that fits in the 10-inch cutout in stores and fill it with a Slurpee drink for $1.50. The cups must be clean, FYI. Possibilities include flower pots, tea kettles and trophies.
