— -- The results are in -- kind of.

Though we’ll have to wait another couple of months to find out the winners, this morning’s announcement of the 68th Emmy nominations already has Hollywood talking.

As expected, "Game of Thrones" and "The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story" led the way with the most nominations, while the critically acclaimed show "The Americans" finally received some recognition. "Mr. Robot" also had a strong showing.

Much to everyone’s surprise, "Orange Is the New Black" and "Billions" both seem to have been overlooked.

Naturally, those who were nominated, those who were snubbed and the rest of the TV community all had something to say.

Once again, House of Cards pulled in quite a few nominations. One of its 13 went to Mahershala Ali for guest actor in a drama series. "Working on House of Cards alongside so many great talents has been one of the highlights of my career, and it brings me so much joy to see the show continually recognized by everyone," the actor said.

Also from "House of Cards", Michael Kelly received his second nomination for supporting actor in a drama series. “The first time, I was shocked. Second time? Just completely floored. I am so honored and grateful to be included in this group of amazing, insanely talented people," he said in a statement.

Alongside the critically acclaimed Netflix show, "Better Call Saul", considered an underdog by some, also made it into the outstanding drama category. “This unique show, with no genre behind it -- just honest character exploration, surprises me over and over,” actor Bob Odenkirk, who also received a nomination for lead actor in a drama, said of the show.

Tina Fey's hit Netflix series, "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt", also received its fair share of nods. Aside from being nominated for outstanding comedy, actors Ellie Kemper and Tituss Burgess were also nominated for best lead and supporting actor in a comedy, respectively.

“I am so lucky to be able to work with the most brilliant cast and crew in television, and I am honored to be included in this group of exceptional women,” Kemper said in a statement.
