— -- “Avengers: Age of Ultron” has already opened internationally as the No. 1 movie, raking in more than $200 million overseas, and today's U.S. premiere is widely expected to set or break records.

New characters in this installment of the blockbuster franchise include a murderous robot and a pair of siblings with superpowers. Those siblings -- the characters Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch -- are played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen.

The two chatted with ABC News’ Amy Robach about their turn in the film, and she asked them whether they were intimidated to join the cast of such well-known and beloved superheroes.

“We had just come off working together on ‘Godzilla,’ so we had already known each other and were already friends at that point,” said Olsen, 26, referring to her previous work with Taylor-Johnson. “So it was nice to come in together into an intimidating environment. But everyone ended up being like the nicest people ever and not intimidating.”

Taylor-Johnson, 24, agreed, saying: “It felt like family.”

Speaking of family, Johnson and Olsen have famous ones of their own in real life.

Taylor-Johnson's wife, 48-year-old Sam Taylor-Johnson, directed the hit “Fifty Shades of Grey.” The film is based on the bestselling book of the same name.

Olsen’s sisters are Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, the 28-year-old twins who rose to fame as young children when they starred in the hit sitcom, “Full House.” The two women are now entrepreneurs and fashion designers. One of their brands, Elizabeth and James, is named for Elizabeth and another actor sibling, James, who uses the name Trent Olsen professionally.

Robach asked Elizabeth Olsen whether she inspired her sisters’ designs or whether they inspired her.

“They inspire me,” she replied. “I don't know anything about fashion. And they have the best taste above anyone I know. So I'm inspired by them every day of my life.”
