— -- Chris Pratt has revealed a new diet for 2016.

The "Jurassic World" star revealed on Instagram that he is starting a new eating routine that features wild game as the primary food group. He's calling it, "The Game Plan," and he wants everyone to "join" him.

"I'm going to start a diet I called 'The Game Plan' where basically I only eat wild game for a year," Pratt wrote. "'The Game Plan,' get it? Cause GAME? I mean I'll also eat veggies and fruit and other stuff too. But for one year I want to eat only the meats that were caught or killed by me or my friends."

The 36-year-old actor noted that his "tough" new diet isn't quite as restrictive as it sounds, because he's making exceptions for foods he can't live without, including sushi, "because it's so good," and pepperoni, because it's "not a meat technically."

"I'm gonna still eat eggs and probably chicken and probably steak I mean I gotta have steak and oysters and definitely bacon [SIC]," Pratt wrote. "And the occasional burger for a cheat meal. But other than that only wild game."

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor noted that his love for wild game comes from his spending "a lot of time in the woods," while he was growing up.

"Hunting, fishing and being outdoors with my friends and family is how I spent my free time as a young'n. That part of me will never change," Pratt said.
