Craig Strickland's Widow Attends Visitation for Friend Chase Morland

— -- Craig Strickland's widow Helen showed support for her late husband's friend Chase Morland by attending his visitation on Tuesday.

Craig Strickland, 29, and Morland, 22, were both reported missing on Dec. 27, 2015, while on a duck hunt at Kaw Lake in Kay County, Oklahoma.

Morland's body was recovered the following day and the Backroad Anthem singer's body was recovered by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on Monday.

Helen posted a photo from Morland's service on her Instagram page on Tuesday night, which showed the widow with Morland's family.

"We had the opportunity to go to Chase Morland's visitation tonight," Helen wrote. "He was so loved by so many people. It was encouraging to be around his wonderful friends and family."

Helen also noted that she brought Craig's dog "Sam" to the visitation per the Morland family's request.

"Sam was also invited," wrote Helen. "He has truly been a comfort to all of us."
