The "Transformers" actor took it one step further in July, announcing on "Live with Kelly and Michael" that the baby would be a boy.

Kelly Ripa gave Duhamel the choice of a pink or a blue onesie. After polling the audience on which to pick, Duhamel grabbed the blue one, spilling the beans that it was a boy.

Fergie met and began dating Duhamel in 2004, and were married in 2009. This is their first child together.

While on "Good Morning America," Fergie said acupuncture helped with the morning sickness she suffered early on with the baby. Sickness aside, the singer told "GMA" that she and Duhamel couldn't wait to meet their child.

"We're thrilled and so excited," she said. "It's true when that moment occurs to you that, yeah, there's going to be a human being growing inside of you. It's reality. It's amazing."
