— -- Ian Ziering is about as nice a guy as you'll find, but sometimes even nice guys explode when it comes to projects they are passionate about.

The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star, 50, revealed recently about a time he trashed his dressing room after he wasn't happy with the final cut of a particular episode.

“There was an episode where Steve was accused of rape,” he told HuffPost Live. “But, they edited out so much powerful stuff. That was like the first time I really got some great words to say and I work shopped them and I studied. I brought game, and it never even made it through the edit.”

The episode happened during season 4 and he said he felt "betrayed" that they didn't air all of his scenes.

"So, I tore the dressing rooms apart," he said. "We all work so hard for our characters and to not even get a heads up ... I’m not a volatile person, I have a very long fuse, but after working so hard on this particular episode, I just didn’t feel like they were with me on this one,” he added.

In the end, Ziering said co-stars like Jason Priestly backed him up.

"They just dealt me a bad hand," he added.

As for a potential show reunion, Ziering said he's game.

“I think [a reunion] is entirely possible, we’re all still really good friends,” he said.

He added that he had previously tried to produce a reunion show a couple years back. The date was Sept. 2, 2010 or 9/02/10. He wanted to have dinner at his house and have the whole gang over.

"I couldn't get any of the networks to buy it," he revealed.
