Jennifer Lawrence found some time during the filming of her upcoming movie, "X-Men: Apocalypse," in Montreal to pose for pictures with patients and staff at the local Shriners Hospital for Children on Friday.
The hospital posted a series of pictures of her visit on its official Facebook and Twitter pages.
"A very special visitor stopped by our Canada hospital today," read one caption. "Jennifer Lawrence is in Montreal filming a new movie and she made time to visit some of our #ShrinersCanada kids and staff. Everyone had a great time!"
"You never know who might visit @ShrinersCanada!" read another.
Lawrence, 24, will reprise her role of Mystique, a mutant who can shape-shift her appearance, in "X-Men: Apocalypse." The movie, which also features Hugh Jackman, Rose Byrne and Michael Fassbender, is slated for a 2016 release.
