The singer, 33, reached her post-pregnancy goal weight last week -- and it's all thanks to her regular workouts with trainer Harley Pasternak.

Simpson, 33, became a spokeswoman for the weight loss system after giving birth to her daughter Maxwell in May, 2012, but had to stop the program when she announced that she was pregnant for a second time later that year.

After welcoming her son Ace last summer, Simpson said she was "shocked" by the number she saw on the scale.

As a result, she started working with Weight Watchers again as soon as she could and squeezed in trips to the gym and walks with her fiancé Eric Johnson.

"I'm taking it week by week so I don't get frustrated with myself," she told ABC News last fall. "If I had a long-term goal, and that's all I thought about it, I think it would set me back more. So I really, every week, try to make sure I stick with my points and get four workouts in. That's my goal this week, and I hope that I can lose from that. If not, I'm going to keep on going and try it the next week. So far, so good."
