Dillard, 23, also posted a self-portrait in which she's holding a sign reading "13 weeks 1 day." She married her husband, Derick, on June 21, and got pregnant shortly thereafter. (Pregnancy is often counted from the first day of a woman's menstrual cycle rather than the date of conception.)
So far, Dillard hasn't had the easiest pregnancy. Earlier this month, she told ABC News that she suffered from morning sickness.
"They should call it 'pregnancy sickness' because it's all day, but I'm feeling good today!" she said. "I'm thanking God for this little life and the good signs. It's well worth it."
