See Kim Zolciak Before and After Her Tummy Tuck
The reality star showed off results of the surgery she had earlier in the year.

The reality star welcomed twins last November and now, she's posted a split to Facebook that shows off before and after shots of her body following a tummy tuck she had earlier in the year.

"Just so you guys are aware of how fabulous I was before my tummy tuck! This picture on the left was taken a few months after I had the twins and before surgery!" she wrote.
She continued, explaining why she got surgery: "A plastic surgeon is NOT the cure all! I had a hernia I needed repaired as well as my muscles .... And think I look this good from a surgeon you are now set straight! enjoy!! Take a look at the placement of my Belly button before and after! I gotta give it to @drhochstein he gave me a cute belly button."
The reality star has been outspoken that the surgery did not change her size, just fix the hernia.
Zolciak did drop the baby weight quickly last year after welcoming her newborns -- Kaia and Kane.
One of Zolciak's other daughters posted a picture and revealed on Instagram that her mother was a size 4, just nine days after she had the babies!
