The man who tried to crawl under America Ferrera's Dress at Cannes, confronted Brad Pitt at a Hollywood premiere and recently accosted Kim Kardashian, is at it again -- this time at Paris Fashion Week.

Sediuk had his sights set today on singer Ciara, 28, and jumped on the carpet to hug her, wearing nothing but a thong and a shiny top.

Before the incident occured, Sediuk was wearing a coat and threw it off when the singer appeared.

Sediuk, who cannot fly into this country after being arrested for one of his pranks, even mocked the ban by writing, "Ban in USA but I Rock Chanel" on his right thigh.

Ciara kept her cool throughout the whole incident.

Sediuk has said in the past that his antics are not meant to harm, but are done because "I like attention."

"I like the show business world. But it's obviously not my intention to offend someone," he told the Hollywood Reporter last week. "It looks like I'm a monster, but I'm a normal guy. Well, what I'm doing isn't normal — but I don't have bad intentions."
