Scarlett Johansson Shares How Being Pregnant on the 'Avengers' Set Helped Her
The actress is one of the only women in the cast.
— -- Scarlett Johansson was pregnant when she reprised her role as the Black Widow and filmed "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
Although it may have made shooting some scenes more difficult, the actress said it made life on set better.
"Everybody had to be nice to me, which was cool," she said with a laugh on Thursday's Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I felt like I kinda got like a free pass like I didn't have too much rough housing from the guys, which is always good."
Johansson called shooting the film while expecting "crazy" and "mind-blowing," adding that thankfully she didn't have morning sickness and wasn't particularly fatigued.
"I was really happy to be working. I never thought I'd be working in that condition," she added.
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" hits theaters on Friday.
