'Spider-Man: Homecoming': First Teaser Clip Features New Suit
Check out the new Amazing Spider-Man.
— -- The clip is short, but much like his appearance in "Captain America: Civil War," Spider-Man looks stellar in the teaser trailer just released today!
Fans can now see 17 seconds of exciting, web-slinging fun in "Spider-Man: Homecoming." A full clip is coming tomorrow night.
The short clip starts out with Tony Stark's bodyguard and driver, Happy, talking to Spider-Man about a "case."
"What case?" Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland, asks.
Parker finds a letter from Stark that reads, "A minor upgrade."
It's the new Spidey suit! This should be good, since Stark is a genius and built his own Iron Man suit.
Parker's new suit may be tied to the Captain America movie "Civil War," which came out a few months ago, because Spider-Man got a new suit in that movie too. But this one looks a little different, including web gliders of some kind under his arms.
It also makes sense with what happened in the "Civil War" comic books, where Stark is Parker's mentor and gives him an almost unstoppable suit in those stories.
"This is the coolest thing I've ever seen!" Parker says.
The full trailer will be revealed tomorrow night on "Jimmy Kimmy Live."
"Spider-Man: Homecoming" is due in theaters on July 7.
