On Twitter, the emoji is an Oscar statue while on Periscope, the special Oscars emoji is popcorn.

The 88th annual Academy Awards will air this Sunday at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC. Red carpet coverage begins at 7 p.m. ET on ABC.
