Taylor Swift surprised a Nashville crowd by joining country icon Kenny Chesney on his 47th birthday, when she took the stage to perform "Big Star" with the man himself.

The crowd apparently appreciated the surprise.

In a video taken by ABC News, you can see people in the crowd get out their phones to take pictures and video of the moment.

Swift even brought a young girl from the audience onstage to give her fan a big hug and let her sing.
