Katy Perry posted a video to her Instagram account of her getting her nose pierced. If you have a weak stomach, you might not want to watch.

"Last time I did this I was on my own with a safety pin & cube of ice @ 13," Perry wrote. "This time I thought it was best I left it to the pro's. Sorry mom (again)."

Perry, 29, screams "Ow" in the video, but after all the hard work and her right nostril in already pierced.

Perry followed up that video with a pic of her next to a poster of her "#ThisIsHowWeDo" campaign.

"I found myself!" she wrote.
