The actress, 39, posted a picture holding up her beautiful ring, captioned, "So...can you guess what my big news is??"

She also added via Twitter that the lucky guy is her boyfriend Scott Sveslosky and the couple plans to tie the knot later this year, People magazine reports.
"Yep, my amazing boyfriend Scott & I are engaged!! (He's the one @iamvalc did a shout out to on #DWTS) :) Hugs to you all!" she tweeted.
McKellar is mother to son Draco, 3, from a previous marriage to Mike Verta.
Last year, she told ABC News that she was taking it slow when it came to dating again.
"I’m really focused on being a good mom and if the dating thing happens, then alright,” she told ABC.
