Barbra Streisand shows off sign her stepson and his family brought her while in quarantine
The singer shared a picture of her stepson's wife visiting her.
Barbra Streisand shared how her family stays connected amid the novel coronavirus pandemic in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
The legendary singer posted a photo of her stepson's wife, Kathryn Brolin, holding a sign she made with her husband, Josh Brolin, who is Streisand's stepson, and their 1-year-old, Westlyn.
Streisand has been married to actor James Brolin since 1998. The "Life in Pieces" star has three children, including actor Josh.
"I just love the sign that Josh and Kathryn painted yesterday when they came to see us with our little grandchild Westlyn!" Streisand captured the shot of Kathryn holding the sign behind a glass window while wearing a mask.
The sign read, "“We [love] you Gamma & Grampa.”
She also shared a photo of the wishing well in her yard. "P.S. all of the flowers are now blooming on our wishing well — we are wishing with our hearts and minds for everybody to stay well!" she wrote in her post.
The singer recently posted a note calling for unity -- and criticizing leadership -- during the pandemic.
"This pandemic has the potential to bring out the best in us -- not only as citizens of the United States, but as a global community with a common goal," she wrote.
