"Charmed" fans are in for a treat!

Two stars of the famed CW series, Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano, who played Piper and Phoebe Halliwell, respectively, throughout the show's eight season run from 1998 to 2006, will reunite on "Grey's Anatomy."

"We’re excited to have the charmed ones @milano_alyssa and @thehmc guest-starring on #GreysAnatomy! #CastFromThePast," the "Grey's" Instagram account posted on Monday.

The post included a photo of the co-stars from their upcoming appearance.

The two will be featured in an episode airing Oct. 10 in what's expected to be a dramatic, emotion-filled story line.

A teaser for the episode reads: "A patient at the hospital is brain dead after falling into a construction site, and her two sisters must decide whether or not to keep her alive."

Combs shared a photo with Milano and "Grey's Anatomy" Showrunner Krista Vernoff and executive producer and writer for the show, Andy Reaser.

"Reunited. And we couldn’t be happier. @kristavernoff @andyreaser well... there were some tears.... just some. @greysabc #CastFromThePast," she captioned the post.

Milano also expressed her excitement for the upcoming appearance, captioning her post, "This is going to be fun!"

The new season of "Grey's Anatomy" premieres Thursday, Sept. 26 at 8|7c on ABC.
