Céline Dion, whose Las Vegas residency winds down in June, announced Wednesday that she'll be giving her fans a chance to see her again when she launches her "Courage" world tour — and releases a new album of the same name — later this year.

The tour kicks off Sept. 18 in Quebec City and will include stops in over 50 cities across the United States and Canada.

"I'm so grateful to all the fans who have come to see my show in Las Vegas for so many years, and now I get the chance to create a brand new show and bring it to them in North America, and around the world," she said during a Facebook Live event on Wednesday. "I'm very excited about this tour and my new album."

Dion said she felt motivated recently to get back on the road and create new music for the first time since the death of her husband-manager René Angélil in 2016.

Dion will finish her Vegas residency in June after 16 years. Although she's toured since starting her Vegas show, the "Courage" tour will be her first North American trek in over a decade.

Dion also released a cute video Wednesday titled "Ciao for Now Las Vegas," in which she and some fellow Sin City performers go on a road trip only to break down in the middle of the desert, whereupon hilarity ensues, followed by some video outtakes.

Tickets for the first leg of the tour will go on sale to the general public April 12.
