Reese Witherspoon's 16-year-old son is about to officially enter the music industry. Deacon Phillippe announced Monday that you can expect his first single later this week.

The song, titled "Long Run," is due out Friday and will also feature vocals from Scottish singer Nina Nesbitt. The teen unveiled the official artwork for his song on his personal Instagram.

Phillippe remained coy on any further details regarding his new music, except for teasing, "I hope you guys are as excited as I am," down in the comments.

His family, however, definitely had a sneak-peek of the track and gave their heartfelt endorsements in the comment section.

"It's SOOOOO good !!" Witherspoon raved like a certified proud momma.

Dad Ryan Phillippe left his approval of the upcoming track by simply leaving a singular flame emoji.

His sister Ava Phillippe commented that she is "so hyped" for everyone to hear the song on Friday.

It is unknown at this time if the single is part of a larger musical project.
