Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will return to host season 18 of "The Bachelorette."

ABC and Warner Bros. Unscripted Television confirmed the news to ABC News on Monday.

Adams, a former "Bachelor" contestant and "Bachelor in Paradise" participant, and Bristowe, a former Bachelorette, also took the helm of season 17, which is currently airing on ABC.

In March, it was announced that longtime "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" host Chris Harrison had at least temporarily been relieved of his duties in light of controversial comments he'd made about race. The month before, he said in an interview with former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay, the franchise's first Black lead, that a "Bachelor" contestant, Rachael Kirkconnell, deserved "some grace" after photos surfaced of her attending an Old South antebellum party in 2018. He also alluded to Kirkconnell potentially being a victim of so-called "cancel culture."

"People are just tearing this girl's life apart," Harrison told Lindsay. "I'm like, 'Really?'"

Shortly after that, Harrison appeared on "Good Morning America" and apologized for what he said.

"I am an imperfect man, I made a mistake and I own that," he said. "I believe that mistake doesn't reflect who I am or what I stand for. I am committed to progress, not just for myself, also for the franchise. And this is a franchise that has been a part of my life for the better part of 20 years, and I love it."

He added that he planned to return to the franchise, which he said "can be an important beacon of change."

"This interview is not the finish line," he added. "There is much more work to be done. And I am excited to be a part of that change."
