Zooey Deschanel and 'Property Brothers' star show off their Christmas cookie doppelgangers

Zooey Deschanel and "Property Brothers" star Jonathan Scott are cooking up a brand new Christmas tradition.

The duo showed off Christmas cookie clones of themselves, sharing a photo of the sugary concoctions on Instagram.

"When you surround yourself with amazing, creative people...the result is magical," Scott captioned the post along with a photo of the two smiling proudly while holding up their cookie Christmas-inspired lookalikes. The cookies were decorated wearing Elf on the Shelf inspired hats and white ruffles.

It also appears that a handful of people partook in the Christmas cookie bake-off. Jonathan's brother, JD Scott, sweetly wrote, "Was a really nice night."

JD's wife, Annalee Belle, gushed about the get-together in the comments section: "Seeing all the Super Troopers is so good" and added "Loved finally getting some chill time all together!"

Then, on her Instagram stories, she showed off her impressively decorated pink-haired cookie twin, alongside JD.

"And how cute are these cookies?! Def going to be getting more of these made for future things," she said.

Belle thanked Deschanel for her "amazing dinner."

In November, Deschanel accompanied the HGTV star as his date to his brother JD Scott's wedding on Halloween -- and guests all wore costumes to celebrate the nuptials.

The two has posted many pics together on Instagram with captions like " a perfect date night."
