1 teaspoon each garlic, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, smoked chipotle powder

Oil your pan, toss on the sprouts and oven bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes flipping mid way through.

Superior Chicken and Rice

3 cups stock or water (add more salt if water)

4 chicken thighs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon each chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion

Salt to taste

To start, marinade the chicken thighs in olive oil and the listed seasonings. Toss them into a hot pan with oil to brown their exterior.

Remove the chicken from the pan and add washed basmati rice to the remaining flavored oil. Add water or stock, more seasonings, and bring to a boil.
