Just like their work in the ring, UFC fighters Michelle Waterson and Maycee Barber's beauty regimens pack a powerful punch.

At 34, Waterson, who calls herself a "loving Mother, wife and professional badass" on her Instagram profile, is ranked eighth in the UFC women's strawweight division and has had an extremely successful career.

Meanwhile, Barber has only been pro for two years but is already ranked ninth in the UFC women's flyweight rankings at just 21 years old.

The two shared their beauty routines with us to show how they go from the ring to photoshoots and how they stay confident.

Maycee Barber

Describe your style: I would describe my style as a balance between sporty and girly. Being a professional athlete, especially in the MMA world, it's a very masculine sport and it's hard to be feminine while training or fighting. But any opportunity I get to get dressed up, and have my hair, makeup and nails done, I am the first one to take advantage.

My morning routine: My daily routine is typically that of the normal everyday routine consisting of washing my face, brushing my teeth. I usually take care of my hair at nights, that way it saves me time in the mornings. When I am not training, I will try to keep my hair down as much as possible to avoid breakage, and before bed at night I will use a blend of oils in my hair to help repair it overnight.

Makeup must-haves: I typically do not wear makeup when I am working out or when I am traveling. However, the one product I couldn't live without would be my Burt's Bees cucumber mint chapstick.

My advice for feeling confident: The benefit of me not wearing makeup every day is I feel like my skin is cleaner, and I also feel more confident in my own skin and do not feel like I'm naked when I leave my house without makeup. It's definitely something every girl should try at some point. If there was one thing that I would recommend other women doing, it would be to spend a significant amount of time without any makeup at all or, if that is too much, maybe go to just mascara. I feel like there is a point in time after you get used to not putting on any makeup where you really do realize that you are beautiful without it, and that makeup is more of just a fun thing to add some days, but it's not something any of us women actually need. I also feel like one way to help with feeling more confident in your skin is staying active and working on your physical health, which In return will also help you feel more confident in your own body [and] skin.

My skincare advice: I feel like there are days where I myself am still trying to figure out what works for me. I guess my bit of advice would be to stay patient and know that good healthy clean skin doesn't happen overnight. A clean diet and good hygiene will only go so far, and then even still, life happens and we also have hormones to deal with.

My morning routine: My morning routine starts with going into my Clearlight sauna for 30 to 45 minutes. While I'm in there, I do my mental practice to get ready for the day. Once I'm done, I go into the cold plunge. Then I wash my face, put on some face cream, some lip balm and I'm good to go!

Describe your style: I would describe my style as simple yet sexy.

Makeup must-haves: I don't typically workout with makeup on. But when I end up working out with makeup, I make sure to wear waterproof mascara and oil-free foundation. I tend to like Bare Minerals. I also love my Tarte Pro palete, LaMer face cream and Vaseline Rosy Lip.

Things I still struggle with: Like other women, I break out when I'm about to start my period. I also bloat and cramp. I take primrose oil and it really helps. Staying hydrated really helps as well. Water is truly the fountain of youth.

My advice for feeling confident: Beauty starts from the inside. Be confident with who you are at the moment, while still striving to improve yourself each day. Be happy in your skin, embrace all your imperfections -- because it's what makes you unique.
