Emeril's Breakfast in Bed Contest

Jan. 12 -- How about having Emeril over to cook a Valentine’s Day breakfast?

Good Morning America's Food Correspondent Emeril Lagasse is offering to bring a gourmet breakfast in bed to a very special and deserving person in honor of Valentine's Day. The lucky winner will appear live on GMA.

It can be your mom, your dad, your grandma, your sister, your teacher, your husband, your wife, or even a very special friend. You just need to tell Emeril why they deserve it and he'll be there — chef's apron at the ready.

But remember, Emeril is requesting that it must keep it a secret: don't tell them you are writing or entering the contest, so that it can remain a surprise. Nominate someone you love by sending us the following:

A one-page explanation of why that special person should receive Emeril's Valentine's Day Breakfast in Bed (you can include photos if you like)

Your phone number and the best time to reach you, when your loved one won't overhear.

Also: The recipient must be home for Emeril's visit, which will be one day in the middle of February.
