Restless Legs
If you are 18 or older and have documented restless legs syndrome (RLS) symptoms for at least four of the seven nights prior to starting the trial, you may qualify for this study. You should have a usual bedtime of 10:00 pm or later, and be available for overnight visits.

Migraine and Cluster Headaches
If you are 18 or older, have stable coronary heart disease, and have a history of moderate-to-severe migraines lasting 4 to 72 hours if untreated, you may qualify for this study.

Thyroid Cancer
If you are 18 or older, have advanced anaplastic thyroid cancer with lesion(s) accessible for repeated biopsy, have no medical history of diabetes that requires treatment with insulin or oral agents, and have no significant lung or heart disease, you may qualify for this study. Participants cannot be pregnant or breast feeding.
