Uterine Fibroids

If you have not undergone hysterectomy, uterine arterial embolization or endometrial ablation therapy, have no anticipated surgical interventions for uterine fibroids during the trial, and have one uterine fibroid that is measurable by ultrasound, you may qualify for this study.

Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

If you are aged 18 to 80 and have type 2 diabetes mellitus that is not adequately controlled with diet and exercise alone, or by metformin alone,you may qualify for this study.

Epilepsy

If you are aged 16 to 75, have focal epilepsy or epileptic syndrome, have had at least two but not more than 40 partial onset seizures, and are on a stable dose of one or two anti-epileptic drugs, you may qualify for this study.
