Psoriasis and Psoriatic Disorders

If you have a diagnosed case of plaque psoriasis affecting 2 percent to 10 percent of your body, and if female not be pregnant, breast feeding, or planning to become pregnant during the eight-week trial, you may qualify for this study.

Cancer/Tumors

If you are 18 or older; have a diagnosed non-hematologic malignancy for which standard curative, life-prolonging, or palliative treatment does not exist or is no longer effective; and have an expected survival longer than six weeks from enrollment in the trial, you may qualify for this study. Males must use an appropriate method of contraception; females must be postmenopausal, surgically sterile, or willing to use reliable methods of birth control.
