Answer :A Holter monitor is one of the ways we can watch your heart continuously, and there's two different components to it. One of it, without you knowing about it, we just watch the rhythm that's occurring based on the electrical signals emitted from your heart that we can detect on the surface of the skin.

But we also look for symptoms. You're able to press a button or activate a recording when you're having problems or when you feel like things aren't right. And we can match up to your feeling and symptoms to the actual electrical activity of the heart.
