Baby Girl's Wobbly Attempts at Walking Create Adorable Time-Lapse Video
Father set up a camera to record each of her attempts.
— -- Adults don’t necessarily remember learning to walk but, needless to say, it was no easy feat -- as little baby Lucy clearly displays in this adorable time-lapse video capturing her teetering and tumbling attempts at being upright.
Lucy’s dad, Nick Turner, of New York City, “wanted to do something special to capture the milestone of her learning to walk,” so he strategically set up a camera during each one of her endeavors.
“I put the camera in a fixed spot in the living room and tried to capture each of her attempts,” he told ABC News of his precious, persistent daughter. “It wasn't quite every day, but it was every few days for a period lasting about two and a half months.”
She was just more than 12-months-old when the video recording started and a bit more than 14-months when she was finally walking. And now, her father added, “she's now walking/running/shrieking all over the place.”
