A new luxury community at Walt Disney World Resort is selling the first-ever homes available for whole ownership. Called Golden Oak, the planned community consists of five neighborhoods over 980 acres with parks, footbridges, gardens and recreational pathways. Pictured here, a Sleepy statue in the Marceline neighborhood. The master-plan for Golden Oak was developed by Walt Disney Imagineering.
