WASHINGTON, March 25, 2011— -- Sunday on "This Week:" As the U.S. enters its second week of targeting Libya, ABC News' Senior White House Correspondent Jake Tapper speaks to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who will discuss American involvement in Libya: who's in charge, what's the end game, and how long could it last?

Then, Tapper has an exclusive Sunday interview with the man who helped guide America into two other wars, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. Sec. Rumsfeld will weigh in on whether President Obama can make good on his pledge that Muammar Gadhafi must go, what the risks are for U.S. action in Libya, and if America can win in Afghanistan. The two will also discuss the ongoing situation in Libya and Sec. Rumsfeld's book, "Known and Unknown."

On the roundtable: ABC News' George Will, former Congressman Joe Sestak (D-PA), national correspondent at The Atlantic Jeffrey Goldberg, and Egyptian journalist Mona Eltahawy take on the substance of America's third war. As Libya has some Republican hopefuls tied up in knots, which ones are passing the "Commander-in-Chief" test? And is Donald Trump's candidacy for real?

You won't want to miss it.
