Government To Reopen Thursday

Oct. 16, 2013 -- After a 16-day government shutdown, with the country coming dangerously close to hitting the debt ceiling, Congressional leaders have reached an agreement on a compromise that would fund the government until Jan. 15 and extend the debt limit until Feb. 7.
