Trips Disclosed by Missouri's Delegation

April 26, 2005 -- -- Members of Congress were given more than $16 million worth of trips by private corporations and non-profit organizations between 2000 and winter 2005, according to PoliticalMoneyLine. The group received the information from the clerk of the House of Representatives and the secretary of the Senate.

Here is a list of the cost of privately funded trips disclosed by Missouri's congressional delegation:

Senators
Christopher Bond (R): disclosed four trips at a cost of $5,404.
James Talent (R): No filings listed as of March 31, 2005.

Representatives
Todd Akin (R): disclosed one trips at a cost of $670.
Roy Blunt (R): disclosed 13 trips at a cost of $19,021.
Russ Carnahan (R): No filings listed as of March 31, 2005.
William "Lacy" Clay Jr. (R): disclosed eight trips at a cost of $31,760.
Emanuel Cleaver (R): disclosed one trip at a cost of $2,141.
Jo Ann Emerson (R): disclosed 11 trips at a cost of $33,096.
Sam Graves (R): disclosed three trips at a cost of $5,264.
Kenny Hulshof (R): disclosed one trip at a cost of $1,202.
Ike Skelton (R): disclosed five trips at a cost of $2,570.
