“GMA” Grows Week to Week in Total Viewers

“GMA” has Ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers in All 43 Weeks of the Year

ABC News’ “Good Morning America” ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (4.798 million) for the week of October 19, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “GMA” beat NBC’s “Today” (4.428 million) by 370,000 Total Viewers to win the first 5 weeks of the season. In fact, “GMA” has ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers in all 43 weeks of the year.

“GMA” was up in Total Viewers week to week (4.798 million vs. 4.793 million for w/o 10/12/15).

Season to date, “GMA” is the No. 1 morning newscast in Total Viewers, leading “Today” by 392,000 (4.818 million vs. 4.426 million) and taking the top spot at this point of the season for the 4th consecutive year.

During the week, “GMA” beat “CBS This Morning” in Total Viewers (+46%/+1.519 million), Adults 25-54 (+71%/+666,000) and Adults 18-49 (+70%/+446,000).
