Season to Date “Nightine” Leads CBS Across the Board

ABC’s “Nightline” averaged 1.530 million Total Viewers, 591,000 Adults 25-54 and 480,000 Adults 18-49 during the week of November 16, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “Nightline” outperformed CBS’ “The Late Late Show with James Corden” (1.145 million, 480,000 and 382,000, respectively) in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+385,000), Adults 25-54 (+111,000) and Adults 18-49 (+98,000).

“Nightline” aired the Top 2 telecasts of the week in Total Viewers with its Thursday (1.812 million – 11/19/15) and Monday (1.784 million - 11/16/15) airings, beating all telecasts of the week of CBS’ “The Late Late Show with James Corden” and NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”

Season to date, “Nightline” leads CBS’ “The Late Late Show with James Corden” across the board: Total Viewers (+337,000), Adults 25-54 (+129,000) and Adults 18-49 (+73,000).

ABC News’ “Nightline” is anchored by Dan Harris, Juju Chang and Byron Pitts. Roxanna Sherwood is executive producer, and Steven Baker is Senior Broadcast Producer. The program airs weeknights from 12:35-1:05 a.m., ET on the ABC Television Network. Together with “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “Nightline” is part of ABC’s winning late night strategy of airing news and entertainment programming.
