The Avalanche have won six of their last seven games after winning just once in their previous eight. They are 12-7-2-0 at the Pepsi Center, where they have won five of their last seven games. Colorado completed a 2-0-0-1 road trip with a 5-4 overtime victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday. Alex Tanguay scored with just 76 seconds remaining in the extra session to cap a strong comeback by the Avalanche, who trailed 3-0 after the first period. Karlis Skrastins and John-Michael Liles had third-period goals as Colorado earned a point for the seventh consecutive games (6-0-0-1).
