High school team somehow scores on dropped snap double pass

There are a lot of moving parts to this play from Dowagiac High School in Michigan:

1. The receiver who trips and falls when the ball is snapped; 

2. The quarterback who drops the snap, then plows into the line; 

3. The other receiver who lingers behind the snap to receive the quarterback's desperate heave from the pile.

Put them all together and they end up looking like this:

Planned? A happy accident? Either way, it's pretty cool.
