Lamar Odom transferred to Los Angeles rehab clinic, reports say
— -- Three months after he was hospitalized in critical condition after a weekend at a Nevada brothel, Lamar Odom has progressed enough to be moved to a rehabilitation clinic, according to multiple reports.
Odom, a former Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers star, has entered a specialized rehab facility in Los Angeles after being transported from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center near Beverly Hills, the reports said, citing unnamed sources.
Odom, 36, faces a long recovery after a stroke that resulted in brain damage.
He was rushed to the hospital Oct. 13 in critical condition after a weekend at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nevada.
According to search warrant records, Odom is believed to have overdosed on cocaine and other drugs before he was found unconscious.
