— -- A supposedly leaked official NCAA tournament bracket was posted on Twitter during Sunday's CBS two-hour selection show. It ended up being 100 percent correct.

The network at that time was only on its second quartile of the bracket. It was nearly an hour later by the time the network had officially announced all 68 teams, with Syracuse getting in and Monmouth -- and its entertaining bench players -- missing out.

A CBS spokesperson told ESPN the network would have no comment on the bracket being leaked on the Internet.

The No. 1 seeds are North Carolina in the East, Kansas in the South, Virginia in the Midwest and Oregon in the West.

This was the 35th selection show for CBS. The first show was broadcast in March 1982. The show was 30 minutes until 2001. It was an hour from 2002 through last year. This is the first year the show expanded to two hours.

Information from ESPN's Darren Rovell and The Associated Press was used in this report.
