Thunder acquire Jerami Grant from 76ers for Ersan Ilyasova, draft pick

— -- The Oklahoma City Thunder have acquired Jerami Grant from the Philadelphia 76ers for Ersan Ilyasova and a conditional first-round draft pick, a source confirmed to The Undefeated's Marc Spears.

Grant averaged career highs of 9.7 points and 4.7 rebounds for the Sixers last season and played in two games this season before the trade.

Ilyasova averaged 5.0 points and 5.3 rebounds so far for the Thunder this season after playing for the Orlando Magic, Detroit Pistons and Milwaukee Bucks the previous three seasons.
