— -- CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- Alphonso Pugh scored 14 points and made 14 rebounds to help Chattanooga beat Milligan 97-50 on Saturday. Pugh, who came into the game averaging 11.3 points and 8.7 rebounds, became the 14th player in the school's history to score 1,000 points. Nicchaeus Doaks chipped in 18 points and nine rebounds for the Mocs (3-5) while Jaycen Herring added 12 points and Khalil Hartwell, 10. Tony Brogan led the Buffaloes (4-6) with 13 points and was the only member of the team to break into double figures. Chattanooga dominated the entire game, leading 43-27 at halftime and scoring 54 points in the second half to Milligan's 23. Chattanooga had 36 points off turnovers while Milligan only captured 11. The Mocs had a total of 59 rebounds to Milligan's 27.
