— -- Here's who turned in strong fantasy performances in Week 4 -- and who left fantasy owners wanting more.

Winners

Jeremy Hill: Hope you didn't sell low on the Bengals' bruiser. After posting just one fantasy point over the last two weeks, Hill bounced back in a big way Sunday against the Chiefs (24 fantasy points), scoring three touchdowns and adding a two-point conversion just for good measure.

Devonta FreemanThe Falcons RB followed up his 37-point output from last week by having another huge fantasy day (32 points). Freeman has taken full advantage of Tevin Coleman's injury, posting seven touchdowns the past three weeks. He had just two touchdowns in his previous 17 games. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Freeman is the first player since the merger to rush for three TDs in each of his first two career starts.

Panthers D/ST: Five forced turnovers -- including two interceptions (and one touchdown) from rising shutdown cornerback Josh Norman -- helped Carolina turn in its second game of 15 fantasy points or more this season.

Chris IvoryHe made up for last week, when he was active but didn't see a single snap. Ivory converted the second-highest carry total of his career (29) into 166 yards and 22 fantasy points against the Dolphins' porous run defense.

Jamaal CharlesThe Chiefs playmaker entered the week as fantasy's No. 1 running back, and he continued to pile up the points. Averaging 8.5 yards per touch, Charles gashed the Bengals' defense on the ground and through the air for 14 points.

Cairo SantosWho? The Kansas City kicker capitalized on the offense's inability to convert drives into touchdowns. Santos nailed all seven of his field goal attempts against the Bengals, scoring 27 fantasy points. That's eight more points than any other kicker has scored this season.

Andy DaltonPassing for 300 yards for the second consecutive game, the Red Rifle torched the Chiefs secondary for 17 fantasy points. What owners -- and the Bengals -- have to be thrilled about is the way Dalton has protected the football, committing just one turnover in his first four games this season.

Sam BradfordIn what was his best game as an Eagle, Bradford threw for 269 yards and three touchdowns against the Redskins, scoring 23 fantasy points. Perhaps more impressively, Bradford showed the ability to stretch the field, with completions of 62, 45 and 39 yards.

Martellus Bennett Jay Cutler was back on the field for the Bears, and it showed in Bennett's stat line. The TE was targeted 13 times against the Raiders, as he racked up 11 catches, 83 yards and 14 fantasy points. Bennett kept the Bears' game-winning drive alive with a key catch on fourth down.

Vincent JacksonThanks to some good garbage-time action and 15 targets from Jameis Winston, Jackson compiled 147 yards and a touchdown. He scored 20 fantasy points in all, his highest total since Week 11 in 2013.

Duke Johnson Jr.: The Browns RB received his fair share of preseason hype, but through three weeks, he had just nine total fantasy points. He got only eight carries on Sunday, but scored 17 fantasy points thanks to his great production in the passing game (nine catches, 85 yards and one touchdown).

Drew BreesHe entered Week 4 ranked as the 27th-ranked fantasy QB, thanks to two subpar games and missing last week with a shoulder injury. But he put together a signature Brees performance against the Cowboys on Sunday night, throwing for 369 yards, putting up 22 fantasy points and winning the game on a 80-yard overtime toss to C.J. Spiller.

Losers

Arian FosterMaking his much-anticipated season debut, Foster didn't repay owners' patience with much production (eight carries, 10 yards, one fantasy point). It was a great matchup on paper -- the Falcons entered the week allowing the most fantasy points to opposing running backs -- but it quickly turned into a nightmare for Foster, who had a second-quarter fumble returned for a touchdown.

Odell Beckham Jr.: The Giants' stud WR was actually targeted by Eli Manning 12 times against the Bills, but he converted those looks into just five catches. Beckham's 38 yards mark the third-lowest total of his career, as he scored just three fantasy points.

Mike EvansA week after getting an incredible 17 targets from Winston, Evans was thrown to eight times on Sunday. But the Panthers held the second-year WR largely in check, as he gained 32 yards and scored three fantasy points.

Julio JonesHe entered the week as fantasy's No. 1 wide receiver, but Jones didn't add much to his total on Sunday against the Texans (just three points). It's hardly a reason to panic: The Falcons got up big and didn't look Jones' way as much as they normally would.

Melvin Gordon: Fantasy owners are still waiting for Gordon to break out of his fantasy slump. On Sunday against Cleveland, the rookie got 12 carries and gained just 38 yards. Gordon is averaging just over five fantasy points per game.

C.J. Anderson: The Broncos RB entered the season as one of the top players at his position, but he's been a bust so far this season. He scored just six points on Sunday against the Vikings, which brings his 2015 total to 12. For some perspective, Anderson more than doubled that figure in Week 17 alone last season, when he scored 28 fantasy points.
