All aboard another D.C.-NYC bus

— -- The latest in a veritable traffic jam of low-fare bus companies buzzing up I-95 between Washington and New York rolls out Feb. 13. As with other contenders on the route, TripperBus will have graduated fares from $1 to $25 each way. (At least three seats a run will go for $1, $5 and $10; book early to snag a low fare.) The buses operate between two Metro stations in suburban Virginia and Maryland and New York's Penn Station. They have Wi-Fi, electrical outlets and a frequent-rider program.
